HOW IT WORKS

To book your appointment:

  1. Choose between video conferencing anywhere in Canada, or an in-clinic consultation if you’re near our Midtown Toronto, Waterloo or Renfrew locations. **

  2. Complete our online questionnaire.

  3. Select an available date and time

  4. Ensure your public health funded immunizations are up to date.

  5. Immunize Canada recommends downloading the CANImmunize app to transfer paper vaccination records to a secure digital format that healthcare providers can update for you with new vaccines. Alternatively, submit your paper immunization records to info@travelhealthconnect.ca before your appointment.

  6. For further details on our process, proceed to our video conferencing or in-clinic page, or select book appointment now, and our system will guide you from there.

** Yellow Fever vaccinations require an in-clinic appointment for the consultation and injection as it is only available to Yellow Fever Vaccination Centres. Due to the manufacturer’s shortage, please contact your preferred location for availability. If our locations aren’t convenient for you, please visit the Public Health Agency of Canada for a list of Yellow Fever Vaccination Centres in your area.
